-how do I add to or change my order?

If your order has already been processed then we'll try our best to make any changes you ask for. However, please note that once production of your order is underway, we will be unable to make any amendments.

-Do you have payment plans?

-What happens if something goes wrong?

We take customer care very seriously, If a situation happens that you're not happy with that situation will be taken seriously. We have a system in place to ensure that any problem is rectified with the minimum of fuss.

-Can I order replacement slats for my vertical blinds?

Yes you can, we have a large selection of 89mm vertical blind slats including blackout and fire retardant options, We offer new weights and chains with all our replacement blind slats or as a no cost option we offer pet friendly weights.

-Can I order a Headrail only?

We do get requests from people wanting a headrail only and the answer is yes, however we do not have the option on the website as we just need to check suitability/compatibility - Please contact us.
